Eros Archives 5706 Cahuenga Boulevard North Hollywood, California 91601 Email: erosarchives@earthlink.net Unauthorized Reproduction (Copyright Infringement & Piracy), in Part or in Whole, of Publications of Belier Press is a Serious Concern of ours. Most of the Contents of our Publications are Protected under the Copyright Laws of the United States of America and other countries ('Berne Convention'). Some of this activity is Minor and may be committed out of Ignorance. On the other hand, there is a Great Deal that is not. It is Intentional and it is done for Profit! A substantial amount of Time, Effort and Expense goes into our Publications. Therefore, it is in our Interest to Pursue and Prosecute the Offenders, whenever this is possible. For example, we are aware of Piracies (partial and/or complete) that have been produced in England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, and Spain. Often, the Offenders are Anonymous or Pseudonymous, but that has not always been the case. Sometimes they are Bolder Entities who believe that they can get away with Copyright Infringement because of the Expense involved in pursuing a Lawsuit. (Below, we list the Details of a 'Legal Action' in which we were Successful. Other Cases have been Settled before they reached the Courts.) We would Greatly Appreciate Hearing from Anyone with Information about the Unauthorized Use or Reproduction of any Images and/or Text from any of our Publications, including this Website, either in Print Media or on the Internet. Remember, if it is all right to Steal for you, then it is also all right to Steal from you! Please do not buy from Thieves! Thank You, Belier Press On 11 September 1997, Belier Press, Inc.
